Every second game I play alone though there are many games running in parallel with many players and there is space for more players

Steps to Reproduce

Join a 10-16 player round based game where there is >300 concurrent players (on PS5)
For example,
7832-3964-5638

Expected Result

A match with players is preferred, if new server is started it can receive more than one player

Observed Result

Every second game I join I am the only player (for 20 rounds no new players added but if I leave and join again there will be players)

Matchmaking worked fine before, this is recent issue

Yes still happening. I believe it might be because my server preference is not respected. I noticed the server location is often wrong.

I might record the video to demonstrate the issue next time it happens.
