Matching Toddyhancer GTA V look and feels

Hi all,
I’m trying to recreate the look of the Toddyhancer mod for GTA V. For those of you who are curious, you can see some images in this link https://www.techspot.com/news/61891-…heft-auto.html

I simply love the way it looks and I’m wondering if I cound possibly match the visuals (lights, contrasty yet faded?) look as seen in the images.

My initial thought was to mimic the effect through the use of lookup tables and misc. pp effects, but I just can’t seem to get the right look.

Does anybody have an idea of how to get close to this in UE4?

Hi, this is what I’m currently working on (the grass should match the terrain better). The red box is just for reference…

Skylight (movable + cubemap), Directional light (movable) and postprocessing as seen in the image.
