Matching Simulated Smoke Trail in Unreal

Hello all! I have never posted on here, so if I am doing something wrong let me know and I will adjust accordingly. I don’t have a great deal of effects experience, but I am trying to match the wispy ghost trail seen in this video clip;

I am having a hard time without using third party software like Houdini. Does anybody have any advice on the best way to approach this?
