Match and Set node not async anymore in 5.7

Hello,

coming from UE 5.6 I noticed that the Match and Set node in PCG is not async anymore and is pretty heavy looking at the PCG Profiling. Is it possible to have it async again?

Hi Maximilian,

As far as I know, we haven’t done major changes to the match & set (except bug fixes - there were issues with data domain values, N:N caching and something with unmatched data).

We haven’t changed the async implementation for that node either. We have however changed the default budgets per-frame between 5.6 and 5.7, which might have an effect (though I don’t think that’s the issue here).

Can you do an insight capture and send it our way so we can have a look?

Better yet, if you can do a similar thing in the previous version so we have a point of comparison it would be great!
