Massive Light Bleed

To close the thread, Thanks to everybody that helped. I ended up splitting the mesh into two parts, the ceiling and the walls. UV’ mapped that with some things I picked up from KV’s file. Snapping to grid, straightening some ridiculous UV curves and vertices that had no space. This is the result with no bleed. Same settings and slightly different lighting.
