Massive Error Issue - Can't Move ANYTHING

Summary

A massive issue has happening in my fortnite map. A random bug has happened where I can’t change anything on the map. I have to stay reverted to an old snapshot from revision control. If I change even the slightest thing like moving an object one inch I can’t launch a session or upload a private version. I’ve tried verifying UEFN files. Map worked completely fine yesterday and I could change anything but today this bugged has happened. It happened after I tried moving from verse files from a different map into this one, but I reverted back so I don’t think that should have an impact. Maybe it could be that I copy pasted folders over or something? Even if I delete everything in the map itself (not files) I still can’t launch a session. I don’t know how to fix this. Maybe it has something with the external actor shown as “Empty package” in the video. Please watch through the whole video below. Let me know if you can help me with this, please.

Please take a look at my video and the description I gave. I do not know what causes this error which is why I need help.

Expected Result

If you can help me launch a session and fix error.

Observed Result

Session won’t launch. Can’t upload to private version either due to a “validation error”. Fails to “download source assets for job”.

Maybe the empty reference is not the culprit, those map errors will need addressing, make the LUCKYBOX 1 and 2 not spatially loaded and set the grind rails HLOD settings to default.

Can you find that empty reference in the outliner if you type C2UBQ ?

It could be the empty reference comes from the LUCKYBOX not being loaded when the device references it because its set to spatially load ???.

Rebuild HLODs before you launch.

I found the solution to be to migrate the entire project and all files into a new project and that fixed the previous project.
