Masked Out Material on Skeletal Mesh Casting Shadow

Hey guys,
I have been trying out several ways to get my masked material with a constant 0 on Opacity Clip slot to not cast shadow but no matter what it’s still casting even though the material is invisible.

I tried to play around with shading modes and even trying to set it as decal but no dice.

I would really love some input on this,

Tried playing around with the shadow settings more with no luck. Should I submit this as bug or am I doing something wrong with the material?
