I haven’t received mine yet how could this be? I already applied twice by clicking on that button and now the button is not appearing anymore. Is there an email to contact support and ask for help? I only found island creator/player support but it’s not what i need i guess.

for reference it was 2-3 weeks before most of us received anything so if you have applied recently there is probably just a delay in epic sending out codes

That’s when i did the first request as well. To my surprise today, after the message i posted 7h agoI opened the webpage from another browser just to find out i had the request code button available again, so once again i clicked it and got the usual message “it might take a few days to get your code”. We’ll see what happens now…

I applied for the code on 8/12 or 8/13 and still haven’t received it

Depending on how far down you are in the queue, it may take several days for you to receive a code…

However, provided you have completed the Fortnite Island Creator form, and asked for the free Marvelous Designer 1Yr license code before the deadline (25th Aug 2024, 5pm Eastern Time), you should still receive one.

I kinda gave up already as I should have received it already by now, from the first request made on the 27th of June, and the repeated ones thoughout the whole month of July…nothing. No sign of help from the assistance either. It’s so sad and disappointing, expecially after I had even provided my eligibility and sent screenshots to the assistance.

My MD key arrived last night.

As I said, it may vary where users are in the queue of applications as to when they receive their key, but I’m sure Epic are working as fast as they can.

I applied in the middle of August and, unfortunately, still no email. Does anyone know who to contact about this? I tried reaching out to Epic Games Support and they told me to look for an answer on forums. Any help with this question will be appreciated!
