Marvelous Designer Free One-Year License For UE

I’ve been using UE these past few days but in the page it says that I only used it “2/7 of the last 30 days”, anyone knows why? is there something I’m missing? I’ve been using it several hours a day (even on weekends I may use it for an hour or so)

No idea, could be anything. They didn’t specify it further.
I usually spent 6-10 hours a day in the editor and that seems to count.
Maybe an hour is not enough.

I think this offer is till 25 August so, you have time.

Has anyone been able to receive the code via email yet in order to redeem? I know its meant to take a few days but It has been more than a week waiting for me and still haven’t got the code yet, I try to reload the code page but the popup doesn’t come up anymore on the creator portal website. My email works as I’ve received other stuff from epic so far up to this point  Anyone else with a similar issue?

same here. no idea whats going on. this has been their worst partnership roll out by far.

I have opened a support request. I will update this form when epic contacts me.

I’ve also been through the process to request the code for Marvelous Designer. Says “a few days”, it’s been 7 business days. I wouldn’t really care, but, the deadline to use the promo is 8/25, which at first seems really far away, but now I’m thinking it’ll take that long to get the code!

The epic games player support team were unable to provide any information regarding this issue as they no longer provide support for engine related issues.

Unreal direct support seems to be reserved for studios with more than 10 seats so I’m not really sure who to contact to help escalate this.

Hopefully a member of the dev team sees this thread and can help.

Same here, requested code, nothing yet. Hoping to find out soon because Marvelous Designer have a promotion on at the moment (up to 48% Off). Promotion ends in a few days and want to know if I need to go for the promotion or if the code will arrive.

Same issue here, hopefully we can get some more visibility on this thread

I have contacted unreal engine direct support.

The likelihood that they contact me regarding this is slim as I am not part of a larger studio but if they do I will post their advice here.

Hopefully it will at least notify them that this issue exists.

I conatcted support back on the 11th of July. Epic said contact Marvelous Design. I contacted them and they said Epic’s Fortnite crew need to provide support. I have throw it back into Epic’s court with screenshots from Marvelsous Design’s support. I have also commented on twitter/X about this issue in a post about getting the free one year license. Link to that below. https://x.com/strongzgamez/status/1808556995198288213

I just happened to jump into this thread because this post went trend. It’s a coincidence that I can help everyone with this matter.

We’re Style3D CG team. Our team specializes in garment modeling and cloth simulation for the CG industry. We offer Atelier as a 3D garment modeling and animation software, which is quite similar to MD. If you’ve alrady mastered MD, then there is almost no learning curve. We just released a free edition of Atelier, which means you can experience most of the software without spending a penny. No complicated application process, you can easily get it from our website anytime, anywhere. Style3D Atelier

We also have a UE plugin called Simulator that can handle complex multi-layered garment cloth simulations at high speed, it also have the real-time capacity. More details can be found on the marketplace. 30-day free trial is available now.

We’re very new to the market, so not many people know us yet. However, most of the people who have used it have given us positive feedback (on our Discord).

If you’re interested in giving us a try and creating some awesome demos to showcase our Atelier and Simulator, we’d love to offer you a 1-year free individual license. This individual license can be used for commercial purposes. Email us if you’re interested: style3d_cg@linctex.com

Same for me, after clicking that button to get the code, I didn’t get an email.
To my surprise, the same green button in the UEFN dashboard is back today, ready to be clicked again. So far no license code.

I have also not received the email with marvelous designer code from the creator portal. Why is no one from the team commenting on this?

same here, and its been over 15 days already, I have no clue if maybe they are just not giving it to everyone, or we just have to wait

Just got my code.

I cleared my browser cache and re clicked the claim button, don’t know if that’s what triggered it.

Nevermind, looks like they just sent the email to everyone.
