I’ve been using UE these past few days but in the page it says that I only used it “2/7 of the last 30 days”, anyone knows why? is there something I’m missing? I’ve been using it several hours a day (even on weekends I may use it for an hour or so)
No idea, could be anything. They didn’t specify it further.
I usually spent 6-10 hours a day in the editor and that seems to count.
Maybe an hour is not enough.

Has anyone been able to receive the code via email yet in order to redeem? I know its meant to take a few days but It has been more than a week waiting for me and still haven’t got the code yet, I try to reload the code page but the popup doesn’t come up anymore on the creator portal website. My email works as I’ve received other stuff from epic so far up to this point 
Anyone else with a similar issue?

Same issue. Gone through the whole process and clicked on the popup. Been waiting so long the popup came back lol so don’t know what’s going on.

I’ve also been through the process to request the code for Marvelous Designer. Says “a few days”, it’s been 7 business days. I wouldn’t really care, but, the deadline to use the promo is 8/25, which at first seems really far away, but now I’m thinking it’ll take that long to get the code!

The epic games player support team were unable to provide any information regarding this issue as they no longer provide support for engine related issues.
Unreal direct support seems to be reserved for studios with more than 10 seats so I’m not really sure who to contact to help escalate this.
Hopefully a member of the dev team sees this thread and can help.

Same here, requested code, nothing yet. Hoping to find out soon because Marvelous Designer have a promotion on at the moment (up to 48% Off). Promotion ends in a few days and want to know if I need to go for the promotion or if the code will arrive.

I have contacted unreal engine direct support.
The likelihood that they contact me regarding this is slim as I am not part of a larger studio but if they do I will post their advice here.
Hopefully it will at least notify them that this issue exists.

I conatcted support back on the 11th of July. Epic said contact Marvelous Design. I contacted them and they said Epic’s Fortnite crew need to provide support. I have throw it back into Epic’s court with screenshots from Marvelsous Design’s support. I have also commented on twitter/X about this issue in a post about getting the free one year license. Same for me, after clicking that button to get the code, I didn’t get an email.
To my surprise, the same green button in the UEFN dashboard is back today, ready to be clicked again. So far no license code.

I cleared my browser cache and re clicked the claim button, don’t know if that’s what triggered it.
