Hello. I am unable to access all of my plugins through the marketplace. Even the free ones. They all say “Unavailable” May i get some assistance?

If you are missing products from your vault and they are showing unavailable, try restarting the launcher in its entirety (including killing the task if you need to) and restarting.
If that does not work, you should temporarily be able to go directly to the storepage of the assets you purchased and download from there after restarting.
If the first option did not correct your problem, you may need to reach out to Marketplace Support.
