We submitted a map update at 1:30am EST it’s been over 12 hours and hasn’t been reviewed.

did it ever get resolved my map is currently taking a while
I would also be interested because I have the same problem.
I submit the island for publication and then get the email that the content review has been passed, but the Creator Portal does not unlock the island, but is stuck in review.
When this happened to me, it resolved on its own the next day. (Total time of 48 hours if I recall correctly) After talking with a few people I believe a lot of people were in the same position and must have all been in the same batch for review.
Ok, then you were probably lucky.
My island has been stuck in review for 2 weeks. Although I get the email that the content check was passed and everything is fine.
I also reported it to support 2 weeks ago, who then replied that they would check it.
All that has happened since then is that they have forwarded it to their internal team and it would probably take a while as they are getting more and more inquiries about it.
I hope and wait every day that I will receive a message that the problem has been fixed.
After you got rid of yourself and were able to publish your island, congratulations, you were really lucky.
Oh wow that is crazy, I’m sorry to hear that this is happening to you. I hope they fix this for you soon. Two weeks is a lifetime to wait.
Experiancing this issue now. Been happening for a week. Every map i publish or update gets stuck in review and error after 24 hours. Anyone know the fix?
Mine is also currently stuck at the review stage atm. For some reason I can’t even add my creator code to game store or even to download the UEFN. It’s my first publish so I keep thinking I’ve done something wrong 
I realize now, my map was stuck in review because there was a lot of other maps published at the time and a major update so the que was pushed. You can’t add your code in the store because that is for the older support-a-creator model that is being phased out for map playtime. Idk if you can still apply for the other code but you need to have xNumber of followers on a social platform. Also you should be able to download UEFN from the epic store, even without having applied for Island Creator.
