I’ve got my map disabled and appealed the decision (which got approved), but my map still remains disabled. I’ve contacted support about this and they’re redirecting me to here.

Hi, I would love to reply but this doesn’t seem to work. I’ve made over 6 tickets this week trying to get this issue solved (with multiple staff members) but they keep telling me they’re not authorized to re-enable maps. It just ends up being a long back-and-forth email discussion that ends up with me being recommended to go here again.
Addition to this, I can’t even reply to this matter again because the staff member that helped me closed the chat (even though I still had questions and my problem was far from solved…).
