Can anyone tell me what about my thumbnail is cause it to fail the content review? Issues and Bug Reporting

So to start, I have made a few “islands” that are a gun game gamemode, but I have been having some frustrations with the thumbnails. I’ve currently dealt with it by changing the thumbnail around until I found which elements were causing it to fail the content review, but I feel like I’m being unjustly denied.
