Map crashes console players game

Summary

I released my Fortnite map, which I have been working on for several months, last night. It is completely unplayable for people on consoles. They crash every time before they load in, and I have no errors when validating.

The map code is: 2722-5344-7118

Steps to Reproduce

Play on console, try loading the map, Fortnite crashes

Expected Result

The console player can load into the map and play

Observed Result

Everyone but pc players crash

Platform(s)

Playstation, Xbox, PC

Island Code

2722-5344-7118

I am starting to get this warning now.

While trying to load package /CRD_VFX_Creator/Assets/NS_VFXcreator, a dependent package /CRD_VFX_Creator/Assets/NM_UpdateVFXCreatorColors was not available. Additional explanatory information follows:
FPackageName: Skipped package /CRD_VFX_Creator/Assets/NM_UpdateVFXCreatorColors has a valid, mounted, mount point but does not exist either on disk or in iostore. The uncooked file would be expected on disk at ‘E:/Epic/Fortnite/FortniteGame/Plugins/GameFeatures/Creative/Devices/CRD_VFX_Creator/Content/Assets/NM_UpdateVFXCreatorColors’. Perhaps it has been deleted or was not synced?

The assumption is this is the wrong code or its a private island anyway nothing comes up on my Xbox PC, Nintendo 34.40

C:\Program Files\Epic Games\Fortnite\FortniteGame
‘E:/Epic/Fortnite/FortniteGame/Plugins/GameFeatures/Creative/Devices/CRD_VFX_Creator/Content/Assets/NM_UpdateVFXCreatorColor

C:\Program Files\Epic Games\Fortnite\FortniteGame\Plugins\GameFeatures\Creative\Devices\CRD_VFX_Creator\Content

Why E: not C: have you moved code around without using the content manager inside UEFN

These are the errors you need to look into start by deleting the device in content manager

Probably the first thing is to Verify you Fortnite installation

then check your anti virus software is not interfering with Fortnite

Hi, thank you for replying. I took the map down, hoping it would not ruin its chances of discovery. I tried verifying my installation of Fortnite and turning my antivirus off, but nothing is working. There is no Fortnite file on my C drive, it was always installed on the E drive. The error message goes away after deleting the devices, but it would be nice if I could keep them. Thank you.
