Map Controller device blue circle

Summary

When I do “CaptureMapImage” I have some blue circle in the center of the photo, I understand it is from the device itself, but how to remove this circle I do not understand and it can not be removed.

Steps to Reproduce

Place the Map Controller device on the map and click “CaptureMapImage”

Expected Result

Normal map image

Observed Result

Got it fixed, but it’s still weird that the Graphics Effects “Cinemagraphic” settings are causing this circle to appear.
