Additional Notes

This island is not yet public and includes The Walking Dead Universe assets.

What happens if you manually go to the Playtest Group section on the team itself and not from the Island?

I have the same error when attempting to view my own playtest group! I am totally unrelated to JadenH’s Team/Playtest. But when I try to view my own Manage Teams > Playtest Group (as shown Mineblo’s screenshot), I see the exact same error message - see below.

Note: I CAN access my island’s Playtests tab without issue, I just cannot manage the group. I do not have any Walking Dead content in my island (that I am aware of), and my island is also not public yet.

Could you possibly go to the Content Service?

Press My Teams, Select your Team and then Playtest Groups and take a screenshot of what you see there.

I’m able to access that, but am seeing slightly conflicting info.

Also, it seems like my friends are able to follow that old link and are saying they are able to join my playtest group (though I have yet to successfully have them join a game)

What happens if you create a playtest group from this site? with no invite limit set

Was just trying that! Got this error message:

hmmmm, did you at any point delete any groups using the content service? Seems to be the same error message as the creator portal the error states that you had 5 groups.

I don’t believe I deleted any groups from the Content Service or the Creator Portal. I wasn’t aware of the Content Service until just now.

I created a Playtest group in the Creator Portal, was given a link, and then sent that out. The next day (yesterday?) I wasn’t able to access that playtest group management. To my knowledge I haven’t created or deleted anything beyond that single playtest group.

Edit: People are seemingly being added as playtesters as they sign up and verify their age. I now see 4/50 playtesters. I’ll run a test later today to see if they are able to join a game and I’ll also try creating a new team.

I have the same issue with no playtest groups ever created. When in content service, i also see no playtesters in my team which is not right also.

The same error occurred when navigating through Manage Team → Playtest Group.

As a test, i went to a team with no playtesters and then added myself. it accepted and said successfully joined team. When i went to content service, it shows no playtesters and then i clicked on creator portal to Manage Team-> Playtesters and then got the error when previously i didn’t see the errror

FYI - I just created a whole new Team through the Content Service, and then created a new Playtest group, and it mostly appears to be working. I had to go to the Creator Portal to get the join link.

In this new Team / Playtest group, I can see:
Creator Portal - can see the playtester!

Content Service - can see the group, but not the tester:

This looks like it was resolved. Perhaps new Playtest groups were getting added every time you opened the tab in the Creator Portal, or clicked “add new playtesters” to get the link?

In the Content Service, I was able to view the extra playtest groups and clear out the empty ones!

Thanks!
