Make customizable inputs for the replay system possible

It would be very useful if it were possible to customize the input controls for the camera controls when watching fortnite replays.
Currently there is a bug where the input does not work correctly for camera drone controls with german keyboard layouts, which could be solved by customizable input controls.

While watching replays usind the drone view, there is no "drone speed up" option. Where are the options to change input for replays?

Summary In the replay system is says that “=” would be the “drone speed up” key, but that is not the case using a german keyboard. There is no option to change inputs and i am not going to install a different layout just for that. Seems like the replay system is not localizing the keyboard because “-” for “drone speed down” works on german keyboards. The “=” key ist shift+0 on german keyboards, so that will not work.
