Major - Renaming a project deletes the level (everything in the outliner.)

I renamed a project and the although the assets exist, the level and everything that was in the outliner has been removed.

I’ve had that happen once too, but normally renaming a project works correctly (had around 7 renames work correctly). My theory atm is that Alt+Tabbing when doing the process may have to do with it, but I can’t confirm until it happens again.
