Major - No way to call IsFinite

I’ve tried every specifier I can think of, but nothing I do allows me to call IsFinite on a rotation/vector.

I’m pretty sure this functionality is broken due to the fact that the functions only have a single tag on it, and is missing the exclusive effect.

In Verse, we just get the error that the function is being called from a no_rollback context which is not allowed, and no combination of tags on a “user space” verse file allows us to make the call.
