Generally iteration times have increased this update:
from 3-5 mins >> 10 mins (regardless of size, affects verse push as well)
Ending game from 10 seconds >> 30 seconds (with the editor freeze counted)
Ending game places you below the testing area as the player falls before geometry loads
If you edit anything in UEFN while game is started, it will desync live edit (yellow icon)
Also editing anything in UEFN while game ends will cause a network error and even longer waiting times
I have noticed there is one advantage to this, no longer do I drink cold coffee, pushing changes lets me either finish my coffee, or prompts me to make a new one. Maybe I’m getting too much caffiene now, all jittery.
But when you realize that you could spend a day to build content, then have the next day fully free to go out for a walk, then you ll understand that the more sluggish the editor become, the less content we can build and the less motivated we are.
Yes, I moved from a full map to a blank map to nut out the device interaction and it is almost as bad, waiting ages to see if something works is getting demoralising.
