I’ve been having issues since Sunday 30th Nov, where I simply can’t create any new campaigns in the campaigns portal. Every time I try, no matter which map, date, amounts or anything, I get a ‘something went wrong’ pop up. I’ve tried it multiple times over the past few days and nothing has changed.
Today when I tried again thought I got new messaging on the page for the first time. A yellow banner which says ‘one or more campaigns have a payment issue. delivery is paused until you update your payment method.’ Clicking this just leads me to the overall campaign website though, and there’s absolutely no other info on which campaign has this issue or a means to fix it.
Additionally, I know based on my bookkeeping that all my campaign payments are already paid out, as it comes out of my bank within 24 hours of campaign completion each time. So none of this is making any sense but it’s prevented me from creating new campaigns for nearly a week now.

Making a campaign…Issue doesn’t seem to be widespread for all but I know a couple other creators that have faced it.
Another feature released that only works 25% of the time. This is Epic’s patented style of delivering to the Fortnite ecosystem. Rush everything, release it unfinished, then take the next 2-3 years fixing bugs or ignoring them until enough people stop complaining about it.
My campaign portal is also broke. Its showing me false data, 0$ spend on campaigns I know I’ve paid Epic for. This makes it very difficult for me to account how much ive spent etc. Also, I was overcharged on a campaign an extra day for some reason, and was forced to manually cancel it myself. Of course this data has now also disappeared, but when it occurred it showed me “100$ spent/ $75”. So yeah, very buggy, and broken.
Even though there are no campaigns and i have already paid for the one i had a few weeks ago, i’m unable to access the create campaign button on the right.
the last thing I have to say on this topic is - its catastrophically bad that people are literally complaining they can’t give epic money - and the response is “FORT-1030093 changed to ‘Needs More Info’. We’re missing information that would help us determine the source of the issue.”
I assume this is happening intentionally - on the off chance it isn’t
What I would do:
look in the code base, find “Something went wrong” and improve the system to return error codes for us to post here to convince you something isn’t working
add logging for your metrics to show this isn’t working (clearly Epic is unaware this has been failing for 2.5 months)
Jimbohalo10 can you please read the original post and stay on topic? If you have some kind of vbuck issue make a new post - how do you expect any issue to get addressed if people swoop in and muddy the water with other issues
Sorry this is my last post on Campaigns. its all become to emotional now and has been pointed out by many others this forum is about fixing Creative islands so thats what I am sticking to therefore I have removed the post
