Major hitching/lag in the uefn editor when using the edit in place prefab setting

Summary

Unsure if its due to the amount of entities ect but when I’m editing in place the hitching/lag is insane. Will show a video.

My pc can handle things so its not a hardware issue

Steps to Reproduce

Try move things on an existing prefab with the in place setting.

I had 2 prefabs of the same type in the world. Inside each prefab are other prefabs.

The thing im moving with the fences is causing the issue when i move just a single thing in the same prefab it seems to be fine - The fences are 1 prefab and all fences are attached to the parent in the prefab so moving the parent should move all fences smoothly

Expected Result

It should lag like this it should be smooth like it is when i move things in the editor normally

Observed Result

Its really bad to use

As you can see everything freezes even the cloud shadows from the world lighting. Very concerning.
