Steps to Reproduce

Load into a game and find a location with a lot of lighting, such as the “Zoo” map of Murder Mystery or the Coffee Shop in the start game Lobby. Look down and jump continuously up and down as shown in the reference clip. Watch your FPS as you will notice it drop significantly while doing this.

Expected Result

Your frames should stay secure while jumping and you should not stutter.

Observed Result

You stutter significantly, depending on the device it can entirely freeze your game for moments.

Additional Notes

It could be something relating to how the light effects the player model when it comes into view, but that is not yet confirmed.

Adding to this: it seems to be an FPS drop when the camera collides with objects while the character is moving. You can observe this FPS drop when walking though doorways (if looking down so the camera hits the doorway and moves toward the player) and sometimes when the player is backing up near a wall (again when the camera is pulling closer to the player as it collides with a wall)
