When creating a team, initially this was done on one team member’s account to test features - our team account did not have access to Creator Portal initially.
Now, I am trying to recreate that team on the proper account, and I have run into some issues.
1. When Creating a New Team
- I receive an error message that says that I am unable to make a team, no clear error description as to why.
Likely this is a permissions issue - but the error message should be more clear as to why I am unable to create the team. Took me a while to figure out it was likely tied to permissions. I went to my personal account and tested creating a team, and was able to do so successfully.
2. Unable to Create Team, Must Refresh:
- If I receive an error message that I am unable to create a team, I must then refresh the page in order to try again - after the first attempt, the “Create Team” button is greyed out and no longer allows me to click it. That means I have to re-enter all information, and tediously re-add each team member if I encounter an error with the team name.

Little UX Fix - When clicking “Add New by Epic Display Name” my cursor is not defaulted into the text box. I must click the button “Add New by Epic Display Name” and then re-click the text box in order to enter the display name text.
