[Major] Complex collision mesh setting is hidden for mesh assets

Summary

I already mentioned here that the complex collision mesh setting remains hidden in mesh asset settings. This is unfortunate as it requires a very inconvenient workaround (suggested by an Epic staff) to abuse LOD levels and to place an additional LOD level just for the collision. Such LOD level should be configured so small so that the engine will never display it.
