After deciding to change the location of the player inventory from the bottom right of the screen I’ve noticed a lot of issues.
1.
When you change the x,y offset you need to return to the lobby/exit the complete session then reload for the change to be applied. This with current load times take between 5-10 minutes per time. Believe me when i say it took hours to find a good location i mean literally hours.
When you change a setting and exit/remake a new session the settings will only save for that first time. Any further changes you need to repeat (1) After the first initial spawn in a game game or just in the session the location of the inventory will revert to default. I have tried loads of different things and this will always go back to the default location. Further i tried on a private publish code and the settings have no effect at all.
I think a hint added to the ToolTip so you know what changes ie using - would move left or up as this was a fiddle to work out.

Additional Notes
I have the odd snip but i think to get the full idea just place a device and check out the issue as snips dont realy show
After about 6 hours aligning it up i realized the squares for the items in slots 1-5 and melee slot move.
Event after aligning the hud widget perfect it will always look bad as the actual items themselves move.
I know that technically that part isn’t a bug but i would kindly ask that we get an option within the hud controller device to turn the animation off so we can use custom huds like i was trying to do.
Please see attached video which will show more clearly what I’m trying to explain
I too support this. We should be able to select/toggle off the animation of the “selected” item moving up and out, making it off centered from everything else. This poses the problem of a custom UI. Also, I would recommend maybe allowing us in future updates to move the “layer” of one of the HUD elements. For ex. all default FN hud elements appear behind anything custom, so if we wanted to put a custom background behind one of the weapon slots for example, it would cover up the actual weapon.
