MAJOR BUG - Devices and mechanics stop functioning at random after every new public version i create!

Devices

Summary

Since Tuesdays recent update to Fortnite, i have noticed a significant rise in problems with devices particularly in my published island!

After creating a public release/update for my map on Friday, every time I publish a new update after that, something completely random will break in the map.

For example
Hud messages which are set to show for 7 seconds, we previously working, i published a new update (without changing anything to do with the hud messages) and now certain hud messages will show on the screen for the entire round.

I even setup a backup timer to remove the message should it glitch out, and it is still not removing.

Item granters seem to not be functioning correctly after another publish.
In the public version before, they were all working correctly, then after publishing an update to fix a bug, suddenly a large amount of item granters no longer work as intended!

In the first public release i did on Friday, we tested the map thoroughly and everything seemed to be working.
Then after doing another public release to add a new weapon, suddenly pop up dialogue devices would no longer disappear from the screen.
Even after hiding the popup, it would continually reappear in the game causing a gamebreaking bug.

Overall the main issue seems to be random devices and mechanics completely stop working even after releasing an update which does not change those at all.

Every single time since then, each public release has broken something completely random/unrelated to any change we have made!

Steps to Reproduce

Create a map in UEFN
Design some custom mechanics using a variety of devices particularly, item granters, hud messages, teleporters etc etc.
Publish the gamemode.
Once a public version is out.
Then make some small changes
And publish a brand new public version.

You may notice certain mechanics or devices completely stop functioning/break or not function correctly!

Changing the settings of these devices also seems to have no effect!

Expected Result

When creating a brand new update to a map.

I would expect mechanics to work fluently especially if they have not been changed after being in a functional state.
I would also expect mechanics that worked in a previous public version, to work in the next public version if they have been modified at all.

Overall the expected result would be for mechanics to always work regardless of how many public versions you create.
If a mechanic that is working is not changed, it should not randomly stop working after a simple update.

Observed Result

Mechanics stop working
Devices randomly do not function as intended
Previous mechanics that were working no longer work
This seems to happen in EVERY SINGLE new public version I create.

The more I update the map, the more random things keep breaking that were not broken before!

Additional Notes

Devices change seemingly every new public version
Mechanics that were not changed, still break
It is causing major problems
It seems to be happening at random as the last public i created, i did not change ANY devices at all, yet mechanics still broke.

@Brandisnappy Hello, and thank you for the detailed report. We would appreciate some more info, though.

We will need the island versions that we could check into that show the behavior you’re describing. For example: 8972-8338-3733V2 vs current 8972-8338-3733V4
Also, please provide any relevant information you can on what to look for and where.

Thank you so much!

Have you got a lot of any one device type ?

Item Spawners start misbehaving around 80

Item granters may do the same, I think if there are switches to activate them or a controlled spawning setup so they aren’t doing continual spawning, you can have more before they start failing.

@Brandisnappy could you get us that information?
