Major - Animated (but not moving) actors in sequencer will launch player

Issue: Jumping from an actor that has been animated in a sequencer will launch the player in the direction the actor is initially animated.

To Reproduce:
Create a sequencer, and animate an actor in it (blueprints, FN props, and static meshes have been tested). Then, jump on to the actor and jump off.

Also found that the Creature Spawners can not be animated.

Still an issue in 24.40. Happens when animating along a zipline spline too.
