What happens if you change opacity to lower value (like 0.1)?
@Dejan33 it seems unchanged forgive me, I’m talking about the background image
@ClockworkOcean
I kept trying, I removed and redid the widget several times, and then. Something happened ahaha. I’m glad the problem is solved, but I hate not understanding the cause.
Ah - good
@ClockworkOcean Can I ask you for advice on the widget?
Yes, if you like, but I might not know the answer
@ClockworkOcean ahahahah honest
In your opinion, should I make the background render square or can I keep it with a rectangular resolution? I initially did it with a high rectangular resolution, thinking that it could adapt better to any type of monitor. However, by filling the screen with it, I have the feeling that Unreal stretches it a bit and that it loses a bit of visual impact. I also tried to adjust the widget offset to make it square, but then in full screen there is always something that does not convince me. Instead, maybe reducing to a window, for example, it appears better even with the original resolution. At least this is my perception.
Do you have any advice?
That’s exactly the kind of thing I don’t really know about widgets
Last time I developed any, I just made anything that was supposed to be as large as the screen huge, to cover people who had monitors like a soccer field.
But if it’s an image, you have to keep it in the correct proportions.
I have to say, the widget stuff is not very intuitive. It would be nice if it adjusted to the screen by default, and you have the option to turn that off, if you want to do a deeper dive.
