MacOS Raytracing Support

Hi there,

Does anyone know if Raytracing has been written for Mac yet?

The only documentation I that can find for this has Windows 10 with an RTX card down as system requirements:

However, although I’m running macOS Mojave with UE 4.25, I’m allowed to select ‘Raytracing Enabled’ when creating a new project. I’ve tried this out obviously but wasn’t sure if it worked. ‘Path Tracing’ wasn’t present in the ‘Lit’ menu like I’ve seen in the tutorials.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance for your time :slight_smile:

I guess, since it said in the system requires that you’d need a Windows 10 RS5 (Build 1809) or later and for GPU a NVIDIA RTX you can’t use the ray tracing with Mac. I was looking for the same option,… Shame really that they don’t make it work with Mac and AMD too…
