Lumen surface cache has a hole in a modular wall asset

There is a “hole” in the Lumen lighting of one of the modular walls (Green Wall) I’ve made, which is essentially just a copy of the one that works (Beige Wall). It leaks light when looking at it from the side at an extreme angle, and the “hole” seems to move with the wall so it is not a problem with the placement and intersections. I can’t quite figure out why this is happening. The only error I’ve received on import is regarding Smoothing Groups of the FBX file, but I’ve gotten that error for both the Green and Beige wall imports.

What seems to have fixed is going into the static mesh settings and checking “Preserve Area” under “Nanite Settings”, even though Nanite is not enabled.
