Lumen Reflections and GI for Interior Work Only After Flying Far Away (UE 5.3.2)

Has anyone experienced a situation in which for an interior scene, lumen reflections and general illumination only work well after flying far away in exterior of scene and then returning to desired area? The video below demonstrates this issue:
