Lumen light "Noise" issue

I’ve started lighting up a scene I’m modelling but while I’ve got some lights I’m happy with they won’t stay still. I have a scene set up with a directional skylight and 6 point lights but the point lights all cause a sort of flicking noise around them. Any idea what would cause this and how to fix it? I have the same question. So far I have found that if I switch this surface to Unreal’s box or Unreal’s plan, the flickering will disappear. In addition, it seems that before importing the FBX it is better to split the 3D model into several different models.
I hope someone can give us a better solution…
