I have a bar scene but I have noticed a lot of flicker in the glass bottles that are behind the bar. Also, my neon signs flicker. This looks like a Lumen issue. I have tried EVERY tutorial and YouTube fix and NOTHING makes any difference. I am really trying to get this worked out but so far nothing helps.
