Lumen doesn't affect lit particles in UE 5.1!

Hi,
I’ve been working on this scene in UE 5.0, But after updating the engine to 5.1 Lumen doesn’t affect lit particles in shadows! It perfectly lights up “lit particles” under shadows in high scalability (similar to unreal engine 5.0 in all scalability settings) but it doesn’t in epic and cinematic!

The fact that you need to set it to cinematic and then set it back to high in order to make it work (if you set it to high from epic it doesn’t!) makes me feel like it’s not intentional and maybe a bug. It doesn’t look to be limited to particles either, this affects volumetric fog as well (as you can see in the first video, fog is much darker in cinematic and epic settings)!

If this isn’t a bug, is there any solution?

This appears to be an issue with translucent skylight shadowing, I’ve seen mentions of it three times thus far in different posts. I hope the Epic team can take care of this, lumen handling volumetric GI was one of its’ great strengths compared to a lot of other real-time lighting systems.

confirming that i’m seeing the exact same issue. skylight on particles is just not working. in 5.1.1. on my end, i only have any lighting while in shadows if i set the quality to medium.
