Do you loose the quality only when in the viewport? If you open the Static mesh Editor do you also have this reduction in quality?

I recently convert a 4.17.1 project to 4.18.And resolution and quality of the project was decreased dramatically i don’t know why.
All project settings are set to epic on both versions.Also if i increase screen percentage from settings or post process it turns in cross eyed image in the headset.
Also i get lower quality on all my older projects when i switch to 4.18.
I hope someone help.

I am not sure about static mesh editor, but in Vive headset for sure.Each project i convert from 4.17 to 4.18 result in lower quality in the HMD. I don’t have this problem in editor it self, the problems come when i start to play.

I haven’t encountered this problem in 4.18, but I do not use VR. Looking at your images it almost looks as though the nearer the mesh the lower the LOD, if you are using LODs then maybe check the settings regarding them? Also try building the whole scene, not just lighting so that everything gets updated. Hope that helps

Sure i would try that, but i think its a bug since i have two exactly same projects just different versions.
