Low Poly Shading?

I want a good low poly shading, for example, nintendo models are very low poly, but they don’t look low poly in-game.
There’s a way to make that on unreal? Here’s a pic of my problem:

I’m not sure, but it looks to me like that particular model doesn’t have any smoothing groups. Did you make it yourself? If you did, in what program? If by any chance it was made in Blender, then you would only need to turn on “smooth shading.”

Definitely needs smoothing groups.
