Low poly models in a 3d environment with an effect that makes them look pixel-y

Good morning everyone, I wanted to tap your collective technical knowledge with Unreal 4 which I am just starting to learn, and was interested in seeing if anyone knew how to achieve an effect like I mention in my title. I went forum diving and found a thread that mentioned the technique but not how to do it. A user by the name StevenWaltherMedia though had some great examples of exactly the effect I’m going and I have pasted them down below. Just to be clear, its not low poly models that I’m asking about, but the effect that makes models look pixelated in game.

@DiscountThor You can use a post process volume to do the pixellation, it’s controllable by parameter. Most of the postprocessing stuff on the market would do it, for example:

Why not just using a smaller resolution? This way you save performance and get your desired look.
