low openxr performances on editor

Hi,
I work on OpenXR project running on Unreal engine 5.1 using my Oculus Rift S as test device.
I experiment a performance issue in editor. When the editor is focused, my headset run on very low FPS, like 3 to 5 FPS. (even if I don’t play my project on VR headset, even in Oculus main menu), when I unfocus the editor, all run well.
So I have the same issue when I test my game ! if I unfocus the play window, my framerate is good, but I don’t have input so …
I note my GPU going to 98% usage when I focus any unreal editor window, but when I click outside (even in play mode), usage is less and Oculus Server process take few % to work well (I guess), that’s not possible when I focus UE Window.

I realy don’t know how i can fix this issue …

My configuration:
CPU Ryzen 5 3600
GPU GTX 1060 (I know it’s a old GPU, but can’t change with actual prices …)
RAM 16Go
