Lost 2024 UEFN project – need recovery of old Unreal Revision Control repository

Summary

I lost the local files for a UEFN project created on another PC in 2024. The island is still published, but after regenerating it on my current PC, a new Lore repository was created and my old 2024 URC revision history is missing. I would like help locating or recovering the original URC repository or snapshots from Epic’s servers.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. I originally created and edited this UEFN project on another PC in 2024.
  2. The last published/private version was created on September 7, 2024.
  3. I no longer have access to the original local UEFN project files.
  4. On my current PC, the project appeared in UEFN as an online island with the local project data missing.
  5. I regenerated/converted the island from the Creative version so that it could be opened in UEFN.
  6. A new Lore repository was created for the regenerated project.
  7. I checked the Branch History and Lore repository information, but none of the original 2024 URC revisions or snapshots are present.

Expected Result

I would like to recover or reconnect to the original Unreal Revision Control repository and revisions associated with this project from 2024, if they still exist on Epic’s servers.

Observed Result

The regenerated project is connected to a newly created Lore repository dated August 14, 2026. The original 2024 URC repository, revision history, and snapshots are not available in Branch History.
