Lore cannot determine repository ID, blocking team check-in

Summary

I can’t connect to Lore for Hael1x_1v1_BuildFight on team Landscape. My teammate sees a BuildFight file locked under my username, but I can’t check it in.

What Type of Bug are you experiencing?

Lore

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Hael1x_1v1_BuildFight in UEFN. The Project Browser shows “This project is backed by Lore.”
  2. Open Revision Control → Connect to Revision Control, select Lore, and click Accept Settings.
  3. Open the Message Log to see the connection error.

Expected Result

UEFN connects to the existing team repository and lets me check in my changes so my teammate can submit his landscape work.

Observed Result

UEFN shows “Server Unavailable.” The Message Log says “The Lore repository id could not be determined” and “state data address not found.” My teammate gets “Checkouts by other users need to be cleared to submit.”

Additional Notes

I backed up the project folder and reopened the original project. The same error returned. How can I reconnect and clear the checkout without losing either person’s work?

If your teammate has ADMIN/OWNER permissions in Creator Portal on your team, he can open the CHECK IN CHANGES dialog that shows you the Checkouts by other users need to be cleared to submiterror and it will show a file list.

Scroll through the list to the file with RED LOCK ICON (indicating it’s locked by someone else), right click it and choose UNLOCK.

My teamate successfully added changes but my project cannot be connected to lore and I cant see changes for myself.

Do you know how to fix that, I have tried almost everything.
