Try to pay with paypal instead and make sure the payment method youre using is linked aswell… This worked for me!
I tried another card, waited a few days but still nothing, i have no idea what to do at this point.

I solved the problem, just purchased everything from Steam.
I am having the same issue with multiple credit cards. I wish I had not purchased the base game and a DLC on EPIC. The DLCs are on sale, however EPIC is not able to actually sell their products.
These cards have worked on Steam and GOG, and everywhere else.
