Long Thick Horizontal Lines Added to Object Only During Render. How To Remove?

I am having this issue. I have created an animation in the unreal engine that is all but complete, but whenever I try to render it, the plane I use as the background is suddenly covered in long thick horizontal ridges that do not go away. I have tried swapping the texture the object uses, I have tried using tiling during rendering (on a related note, what is Temporal Anti-Aliasing, why is it incompatible with tiling, and how do I turn it off?) and I am unable to figure out what is causing this. I will add images of what it’s supposed to look like, and what the render engine believes it looks like. Any assistance would be deeply appreciated.
