Localized Post-process volume for an underwater scene

Hi! I am trying to achieve a localized post-process effect, as is shown on this (old) tutorial page: [3D Modeling & Texturing: [Unreal Engine 4] Localized Post-Process Effects][1] However, I simply can’t get it to function properly. I am using this blueprint and as far as I understand, I need to link my effect to ‘SphereCenter’ but it simply stays black no matter what I do and similarly, the outside stays in gray mist. The rest really depends on the shape of your underwater station.
