Summary
Players are unable to choose between a Public or Private lobby when selecting my map from the Fortnite lobby. The option to toggle between Public/Private is completely missing or locked, forcing all players into a single queue type.
This issue started occurring approximately one week ago. In the UEFN Star Wars project, the Matchmaking Setting is configured correctly (set to Party Choice), which should normally allow players to make this choice.

What Type of Bug are you experiencing?
Matchmaking
Steps to Reproduce
Launch Fortnite and head to the Discover tab (or enter the Island Code).
Select the map to open up the lobby matchmaking screen.
Try to toggle the lobby privacy setting between Public and Private.
Notice that the option to switch between them is completely locked or missing.
Expected Result
The lobby UI should display a toggle/button allowing the player to select either a Public or Private game before launching the match (as configured by the ‘Party Choice’ option in the UEFN Island Matchmaking settings).
Observed Result
The option to choose between Public and Private is entirely missing or locked out. Players cannot manually select their preferred lobby type despite the UEFN project being published with correct matchmaking settings.
