lobby backgrounds not appearing in game and on creator protal

Summary

I keep submitting lobby background but when the update gets accepted by moderation the submitted lobby background isnt appearing, when i try to submit a new version the lobby background is gone. My resolution is correct.

  2. press publish
  3. the update gets approved
  4. the lobby background is gone

Expected Result

The lobby background should be visible in game and on creator portal

Observed Result

lobby background isnt visible in game or in creator portal

Same problem with my map 7003-4620-0837.

I tried multiple times but nothing happens

Hi, I have been experiencing the same lobby screen not being able to delete or change since October 8, 2024.

I have continued to inquire with support, but it has been “handled” without being acknowledged as a glitch.

Support’s response is.
The issue was an announcement of guidelines for creating lobby images and advice regarding my environment and images.
It is a simple glitch and still not recognized as a glitch and my message is not received.
