Lobby background not working even after map gets accepted. The Lobby background doesnt show up in the Creator Portal even after uploading it.

Summary

As the title says, its been 2 weeks trying to upload my lobby background image for my UEFN Island. When sending the map for verification, i always checked promotional images tab to see if the uploaded image was there, and it is there when im sending for verification. However, after accepting the map, no matter what image i try, it doesnt show up in the lobby and when trying to update the already existing map in the creator portal, the lobby background section is empty, as if i never uploaded anything.
The image(s) i tried to upload dont contain anything that would go against the rules, they are just screenshots of my map in 2048x1024 format, without text and without anything else, just scenery.

My maps have been approved again, but I still have the sanction from it. Will they be removing those now this this was confirmed as a bug?
