Summary

Lobby background of my map is not visible in fortnite lobby even though I published it with the lobby image.

Steps to Reproduce

Publish a map with a lobby background.

Expected Result

The map/new version gets accepted and the lobby image is visible in game.

Observed Result

Map gets accepted but the lobby image isn’t visible in the game.

Issue with Lobby Images When Publishing

We’re aware of an issue in UEFN and Creative where some lobby images may be missing when publishing. We are working on a fix and we’ll let you know when we have more information.

To clarify, this issue only affected creator-made lobbies in Rocket Racing and is now resolved!

We are nullifying any lobby image rejections that Rocket Racing creators may have received due to this issue since October 9th.
