I was working on a project tonight, saved it as i normally would. Then later loaded it up again for my usual level to not be there, just a blank canvas? I looked for my level and found what i thought was it.
It is the level kind of, the code is still there in parts. like all my trace channels have gone, collisions have changed, i cant see my 2nd player…he has just been replaced with a ball. The last thing i was working on was a throwable molotov projectile. When i load this half a level up now, for the projectile to work i have to go in and view the code for it to execute the projectile path and particles.
its so strange, its all messed up.
I have tried loading autosaves and backups but they are all this messed up version of my project.
The engine didn’t even crash, i just saved and closed as normal but when ive opened it back up maybe an hour later its in this current sorry state.
