Hey! I have just come across the same issue running this system;
iPhone 11, IOS Version: 17.7.1
Tentacle Sync app Version: 4.2.3 (3138)
Tentacle Device: Firmware version H: 1.2.0 BT: 2.4.2 | Hardware Revision 1.4 SYNCE2
Live Link Face Version: 1.3.2 (99)
The tentacle sync app is running fine but the live link face can’t find the tentacle device. Same problems on an iphone 12 and 15. Has anyone found a solution for this outside of the app updates?
Any help much appreciated.
